With the kepis i've got this jacket too!
I believe its french.. any idea about it?  
Need your help..I really dont know nothin' about it!

What are the makers marks (if any!!) on the buttons?

Hello,

I think this is not an military jacket. Maybe, as you say, postal service or other (groom service ?).
To the country i don't know..

I think this is an uniform for musician like folklore but no french because french uniforms has sometimes a picture on the buttons.

Also, It's not an italian uniform because, they are sometimes a star on.

Buttons are unmarked, and theres no markins inside it!

That get the look of an old belgium uniform , but not sure , and it'll be difficult to find something , cause we did'nt get the period and no marks !
